Fast, Reliable Delivery Nationwide — Easy, Prepaid Returns
We ship gear via FedEx to all 50 U.S. states, and every order comes with a prepaid return label — right in the box and in your email. Getting your gear back to us is just as easy as receiving it.
How Shipping Works
- Order placement: Place your order at least 12 business hours before your desired ship date.
- Preparation: Our team cleans, inspects, tests, and securely packs your equipment.
- Dispatch: Your order ships the day before your first charged rental day.
- Tracking: You'll receive email updates with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
- Delivery: FedEx delivers to your door. Adult signature required for high-value shipments.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping — Our default option. Delivery times vary by location (typically 2–5 business days depending on distance from Los Angeles).
Overnight Shipping — For time-sensitive productions. Available on all orders at a premium. See tier pricing below.
Same-Day Requests (Emergency Only) — Same-day shipping is not currently a standard offering. For production emergencies, contact us before 2:00 PM Pacific and we'll do our best to accommodate. Same-day requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is organized into six tiers based on equipment size and the FedEx round-trip cost:

Your shipping tier is displayed on each product page and in your cart. Multi-item orders pay the first-item rate for the highest-tier item, plus a reduced per-additional-item rate for remaining items.

Shipping Restrictions
- Geographic: All 50 U.S. states serviced by FedEx. No international shipping at this time.
- Address types: No PO boxes, freight forwarders, or package forwarding services.
- Redirects: Shipping address changes or redirects are not permitted once a shipment has been initiated.
- Signature: Adult signature required for residential deliveries over $5,000 and business deliveries over $25,000.
Delivery Issues
- Delayed shipment: If a carrier delay causes your gear to arrive after your first charged day, contact us. We'll adjust your rental dates — you're never charged for carrier delays.
- Damaged on arrival: Report any damage within 24 hours of receipt with photos. Contact us immediately.
- Missing items: If any listed items are missing from your shipment, contact us immediately for resolution.
Returns
Step-by-step return process:
- Verify all items against the packing list — every accessory, cable, battery, and media card
- Repackage everything in the original cases and packaging materials
- Attach the prepaid FedEx return label (included in your box and emailed to you)
- Drop off at any FedEx location, FedEx drop box, or schedule a FedEx pickup
- Returns must be dropped off the day after your last charged rental day
Return label: A prepaid FedEx return label is included in every shipment and also emailed to you. Lost your label? Contact us for an immediate replacement.
Return deadline: Your return package must be dropped off at FedEx on the day after your last charged rental day. We recommend dropping off before the last FedEx pickup time at your location.
Late returns: Returns dropped off after the return deadline are charged at your current daily rental rate for each additional day. To avoid late fees, extend your rental through your account before the end of your last charged rental day.
Missing accessories: You are responsible for returning all items listed on your packing list. Missing accessories will be charged at their replacement value.
Packaging: Please repack gear carefully using the original packaging. Equipment damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping is the renter's responsibility unless CineShield is active.
Local Pickup & Return
For customers in the Los Angeles area, curbside pickup and return are available from our Hollywood, CA location by prior arrangement. Contact us to schedule. A shipping refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
